Booking a repair gives us what the visit requires: your name, phone, service address and ZIP, appliance type, problem description and scheduling preferences — in whichever language you provide them.
Scheduling, performing and warranting repairs; follow-up on completed work; and ordinary business records. We never sell, rent or trade personal information, and rental-program owner details are shared only between the owner and our dispatch.
Online submissions travel to our inbox through Web3Forms under their own privacy terms. Phone calls are not recorded.
