FAQ

Everything People Ask Before Trusting a New Truck

Straight answers, numbers included. Anything missing — (509) 841-2179, in either language.

How fast do you actually arrive?

Our published dispatch average is 87% same-day: seventeen of every twenty business-hour requests see a technician before close of day. Morning callers do best. The remainder land next-morning windows, and genuine emergencies — food at risk, active leaks, gas smells — reshuffle the board immediately.

What exactly does the $89 cover?

A full at-your-door diagnosis: testing, the failed part named in plain language, and a flat written quote. Approve the quote and the $89 becomes a credit inside it. Decline and it's the only thing you pay — no partial-labor charges, no 'truck fees' stacked on top.

What are the repair price ranges?

Published right on our services page: dryers $195–339, washers $205–409, refrigerators and freezers $205–495, stoves, ranges and ovens $245–449, ice makers $255–415. Every quote lands inside its corridor and gets written before work starts.

Can everything really happen in Spanish?

Sí — todo. Scheduling, the visit, the explanation of what failed, the quote and the warranty paperwork. It's not a translated brochure over an English-only service; the same technicians work comfortably in both languages, and the Español section of this site is written, not machine-fed.

Which cities do you serve, and does distance cost extra?

Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland and Benton City — identical pricing everywhere. Our shop is in central Pasco, so 99301 gets the fastest windows, but the same-day average holds across the bridges too. Distance never appears on an invoice.

Do you handle rental properties and Airbnbs?

It's one of our specialties, with its own page. We coordinate directly with tenants or guests, document the machine's condition with photos, bill the owner or manager directly, and prioritize turnovers when a booking calendar is breathing down your neck.

What warranty comes with a repair?

Written parts-and-labor coverage on every completed job. Same fault inside the window means we return free — no new diagnostic, no argument. Manufacturer part warranties get registered on top where the brand offers them.

Do you use original parts?

OEM or OEM-equivalent, always new. Salvage-yard components void specs and muddy warranties, so they never ride our truck. You're welcome to keep or inspect any part we replace.

My machine is under manufacturer warranty — should I call you or them?

Them first, honestly — factory warranty work should cost you nothing. Where we earn our keep is everything the factory desk won't touch: expired coverage, discontinued service networks, and the three-week wait you can't afford with a dead refrigerator.

What payment do you take?

Cards, cash, checks and tap-to-pay wallets, settled after the machine passes its test cycle. Rental owners can arrange invoicing instead. No deposits on standard residential work.

Do you repair machines in garages, shops and outbuildings?

All the time — this is the Tri-Cities, half the freezers live in garages. Mention the location when booking so the tech brings lighting and the right expectations. Same corridors, same warranty as kitchen machines.

Why should I pick the newest company in town?

Because we have the most to prove and we measure ourselves in public. The 87% figure, the published corridors, the bilingual promise — those are commitments a company keeps when its reputation is still being written. Test us on one repair and judge.

Questions answered. Machine still broken?

That part takes one phone call and, usually, one visit.
